He'll also examine what happens to the workforce when machines start taking on work traditionally done by people.

Kim, this year’s recipient of the Forbes CIO Innovation Award, will discuss a big data analytics platform at Intel that has changed the way in which the company markets and sells its products, driving more than $1B in revenue and productivity gains. She will also discuss her journey from “the backroom to the boardroom”at Intel.
